LFCU is making it easy to stretch your holiday budget with Skip-A-Payment. You can now skip the following loan payment (and possibly others as well) for a nominal charge of $29 per loan.
It's easy! Here's how:
1. Log in to Online Banking 2. Click the "Account Services" link (top-right menu) 3. Click "Skip-A-Payment" from the list of options 4. Select the loan(s) you'd like to skip. That's it. |
No Online Banking password? No problem. Simply select the "first time user" link on the Online Banking page and follow the steps above to skip your payment(s).
Please note that you may be able to skip up to two loan payments each year - in the months you prefer. Each skip request must be at least three months apart. For more information, please contact us via online chat or call (800) 328-LFCU.

Important Information: (1) INTEREST will continue to accrue at your current loan rate; (2) the total amount you pay in INTEREST on your loan will be greater than stated on your loan disclosure; (3) your loan repayment schedule will be extended for your deferred payment and additional interest; (4) If your loan payment is made by an automatic transfer from an account at another financial institution, the automatic transfer will be generated unless you contact us to place a stop payment on the item at least three business days before the withdrawal; (5) If your loan payments are normally paid automatically by direct deposit, payroll deduction or through an automatic transfer, the amount of the payment will remain in your LFCU savings or checking account; (6) If you elected guaranteed auto protection (GAP) insurance, the insurance coverage does not include skipped payments; and (7) you are required to resume your regular monthly payments in the following month.
