1. Log in to Online Banking
2. Click the "Service Center" link (top-right menu)
3. Click "Skip-A-Payment" from the list of options
4. Select the loan(s) you'd like to skip. That's it.

No Online Banking password? No problem. Simply select the "first time user" link on the Online Banking page and follow the steps above to skip your payment(s).
