1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.
2. EACH SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY WHO GUESSES THE PRE-SELECTED WINNING NUMBER EXACTLY IN SEQUENCE WILL HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING.

Eligibility: To qualify for the Sweepstakes, all entrants must be at least 18 years of age, go to the sweepstakes location (the LFCU Simi Valley Branch, 153 Cochran St., Simi Valley, California) during the specified time period of the promotion (November 5, 2007, 9:00 AM PDT through November 10, 2007, 1:00 PM PDT) and complete an entry form, guessing the pre-selected winning number Exactly in Sequence. Credit Union employees, officials, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Credit Union. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.
6. Sweepstakes Entries: All individuals may submit only one sweepstakes entry (guess) during the specified time period of the promotion. Entrants, who guess the pre-selected winning number Exactly in Sequence, will have a chance to win the Mini Cooper. Each individual can submit one entry form. No one individual may be selected to participate on more than one occasion. If multiple entries are submitted by the same individual, only the first recorded entry will be eligible for the sweepstakes. Entries submitted after the specified time period of the promotion will be invalid and any claim made as a result of such entry will be denied.

Entrant agrees, if the winner, to provide affidavit of winner; W-9 Form and to cooperate in a reasonable investigation if deemed required by Surebet Prize Indemnity Corporation, including but not limited to produce winner for polygraphic examination, if in the sole opinion of non-affiliated third party, Surebet, such examination is warranted by the facts.
9. Tax Issues: The Credit Union will report all prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. Winner is responsible for all tax consequences (estimated at $25,000) of the prize.
10. Publicity Authorization: The winner agrees to permit the Credit Union to utilize his/her name and likeness in promotional and other Credit Union materials, without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively, by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and shall be held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. If no entrant guesses the exact pre-determined number of Mini M&Ms in the Mini Cooper, the finalist who guesses the number closest to the number without going over, will be awarded $1,000; the entrant second closest to the number without going over, will be awarded $500; and the entrant third closest to the number without going over, will be awarded $250 in cash.
Special circumstance: Should two individuals correctly guess the pre-determined number of M&Ms in the Mini Cooper, the finalists will choose a number between 1 and 100. The finalist, who guesses the number, or closest to the number selected between 1 and 100 without going over, wins the $1,000. The other finalist will be awarded the second place price of $500, the entrant second closest to the number will be awarded the third place price.
