Kara Buss - Real Estate Loan Officer

I have helped hundreds of clients achieve and sustain their dream of home ownership as a Real Estate Loan Officer over the last 12 years. My expertise is in Conventional and Jumbo Purchase and Refinance Loans for primary and investment homes. My father was an Army Officer and I was born at Fort Ord in Northern California while mom and dad attended the Defense Language Institute and at the age of 2 months I moved to Germany and then Netherlands for the first five years of my life. After moving to California from Chicago, I attended Conejo Valley schools, graduated with a BA in Fine Arts from University of California at San Diego and earned a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. My family members are all engaged in Real Estate Investment and Financial Services. I’m married with two children, Vivienne and Bobby and I enjoy watching my daughter’s softball games, snowboarding, and charity 5K runs.
