Member Travel Notification

To ensure uninterrupted service with your LFCU credit and debit cards, please notify us before you travel out of the state or country. This information will ensure your credit and debit card purchases are not blocked by our fraud monitoring systems. Without a notification, transactions that look like a significant change in spending behavior may trigger a fraud alert and block activity on your account.

To advise LFCU of your travel plans, please do one of the following:

  1. Log into Online Banking and select the "Service Center" option from the left-hand menu. Once in the service center, click on the "Travel Notification Form" link. Summarize your travel plans and hit "submit."

  2. Call LFCU's Member Service Center at 800-328-LFCU (5328). We're available to take your call weekdays from 6 AM to 8 PM Pacific Time, and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM.

Please note that LFCU has blocked credit card transactions in Turkey and Pakistan.
