Online Banking supported browsers include Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator. The following information will help you determine if your browser meets the minimum requirements for use with Online Banking and how to obtain upgrades if necessary:

How do I determine my browser version and obtain upgrades if necessary?

Internet Explorer Browser Users:

If it does not state this, simply click "Update Information" or click here for instructions on upgrading Internet Explorer.

If you are running Windows 2000 and need to upgrade, click here.

These upgrades are simple and fairly quick, however you will be required to restart your computer.

If you wish to upgrade to Microsoft's latest browser, you must have one of the following Operating Systems: Windows XP, Windows Millennium Edition (Windows Me), Windows 2000, Windows 98, and Windows NTŪ 4.0 Service Pack 6a. Click here to upgrade now.

This upgrade is simple, as long as you don't choose the "custom install". This is a large installation (9-12 megabytes) and may take as long as (30-45 minutes) if you access the Internet using a dial-up modem connection.

Netscape (version 4.78 and below) Browser Users:

Some versions of Netscape 4.7 do not support 128-bit encryption. If the version you are using does not support it, download an updated version now. You may also click here to view archived Netscape product releases.

Netscape (version 6 and higher) Browser Users:
To update your browser to 128-bit encryption, simply download the SmartUpdate Plugin.
