In this Authorization and Consent, I, ME and MY means each member who agrees below. LFCU means Lockheed Federal Credit Union.
I.Initial and Ongoing Consent to Receive e-Statements.
I understand and agree that my account statement(s) will be provided to me electronically, on an ongoing basis (subject to the terms and conditions of the Membership and Accounts Agreement Disclosure, and the VISA Platinum Credit Card and Visa Classic Credit Card Agreement and Disclosure). I also understand and agree that I may choose to continue to receive my paper statements as well as receive online Account Statements.
I understand and agree to the following when selecting Online Member Account and Online VISA Credit Card Statements only:
- Consent to Electronic Communications. Transactions and/or Account Information changes performed on any Account indicated above by electronic means where my Password is utilized and/or where the security procedure described below is utilized shall be considered authorized by me. I understand and agree that any and all notices, disclosures, and communications regarding my Account Statements, including this Agreement may be made electronically.
- My ongoing consent (Section I) to receive electronic delivery of Account Statements only is voluntary, and may be withdrawn at any time. I may withdraw consent at any time by clicking on the "Statement Preferences" link within e-Statements and changing my selection to the ˇ§Paperˇ¨ option, and clicking on the Submit button. I understand that it may take up to 3 business days to enact the change to resume paper statements.
- I may request a recent (within the previous 90 days) paper account statement be mailed to me at anytime in addition to receiving my Account Statements electronically. I can request Account Statements in paper form by calling (800) 328-LFCU.
- I warrant my computer system meets the minimum system requirements set forth below. In addition, I have, and will maintain a printer capable of printing any Account Statements where notice is e-mailed to me indicating my Account Statements are available on the LFCU online banking system. In the alternative, I have, and will maintain the ability to electronically save, and visually display on my computer screen any Account Statements where notice is e-mailed to me indicating my Account Statements are available on the LFCU online banking system.
- It is my responsibility to assure the contact information stored in the ˇ§User Optionsˇ¨ section of the LFCU online banking system is accurate, and is updated as often as is necessary. I also understand that any changes I make to my Account Information, especially my e-mail address, may affect the electronic delivery of notices, disclosures, and Account Statements. Other Account Information changes (name on account, joint ownership status, and physical address) must be made in writing to:

- The terms of this agreement may be altered or amended by LFCU from time to time. In such event, LFCU will provide notice to me in accordance with applicable law, which may be accomplished by posting such change on the LFCU online banking system. Any use of this Service after LFCU provides me with a notice of change will constitute my agreement to such change(s). I may terminate this Agreement as provided, if I do not agree with any such amendments.
- Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the law of the State of California without regard to that stateˇ¦s conflict of laws provision, and by applicable Federal laws, and regulations.
III. Minimum System Requirements:
In order to receive notices and review my Account Statements electronically, the following computer system requirements must be satisfied:
All versions of Windows at or above Windows 98 (for added security, Windows 2000 and up are recommended), with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, Netscape Navigator 6.1 or higher, and Firefox 1.0. Other browsers may be used but are not supported.
Apple Macintosh computers running OS versions 8.6 or higher (OS X and newer recommended), Supported browsers include: Safari 1.2 or higher, Netscape Navigator version 6.1 or higher, and Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher. Other browsers may be used, however, are not supported.
IV.Security Procedures:
For ongoing electronic delivery of my Account Statements, I will utilize the following security, and I agree that such procedures, when utilized by me, shall constitute my electronic signature, and sufficient authorization for the related transactions:
e-Statement Access - To access my electronic Account Statements, I will log in to my account through the LFCU online banking system using my account number and password, then click on the e-Statements button/link. From there I am able to make a choice as to which statements I wish to view. I will not be able to access my Account Statements electronically without first accessing my account via the LFCU online banking system. It is my responsibility to protect my Password from unauthorized use.
If I forget my Password, I will call 1-800-328-LFCU and speak to a Lockheed Federal Credit Union member service representative, who will reset my Password. If my Password is breached, I will log onto the LFCU online banking system and change my password in the ˇ§Users Optionsˇ¨ and I will contact LFCU immediately at 1-800-328-LFCU.
