| Responsible for analyzing loan applications based on applicable Private Mortgage Insurance, investor, credit and property guidelines and program profiles, assisting members with the loan application process and gathering pertinent background information and ensuring that all loans are processed accurately, are properly documented, and meet federal and state regulations as well as investor requirements. Knowledge of Home Equity, 1st TD loan processing. Knowledge of Doc Drawing.
Analyzing preliminary title policy and appraisal report to underwriting guidelines, member's income, including but not limited to, Individual Federal Income Tax Returns (all schedules); Rental Income; Alimony/Child Support; Retirement Income, etc. |
| Must demonstrate a working knowledge of MortgageWare, Freddie Mac LP, Fannie Mae DU and FICS systems and have 2-3 years experience in real estate lending and processing in accordance with FNMA/FHLMC and jumbo guidelines. Must also possess demonstrated quality customer service and communication skills.
Compensation: Minimum $40,532 To Target $50,665 |
